Innovation ADU covers the complete scope of work for Construction and installation of Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
The Scope of the work involves several key steps as follows:
Manufacturing
We built the ADU inside the factory, with precision and perfection according to the approved design plans and specifications.
This includes all exterior finishes such as siding, roofing, doors, windows, cabinetry installation, countertop installation, fixtures such as the kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, HVAC systems, and any other amenities specified, to
enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the ADU.
Installation
Your pre-built ADU arrives complete and ready to attach to the new foundation. This process will take one day. Then it will take a few days more to connect the water, sewer and electricity.
Landscaping
After all works are completed, then we provide landscaping to ensure the ADU blends seamlessly with the main property and surrounding environment.
Inspections and Quality Assurance
We conduct thorough inspections at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. The city inspections for the stick construction are done by inspection at the site. However, with our modular construction the City inspections are done inside the factory by a government agency which is approved by the city of LA. When the building is arrived at the site, it already has sticker of city approval. The only building inspection at this site is going to be Are regarding the connections such as water sewer and electricity.
Final Walkthrough and Handover
We conduct a final walk through with the client to ensure your satisfaction with the completed ADU. We provide necessary documentation, warranties, and maintenance instructions. We hand over the keys to you upon successful completion of the project.
Post-Installation Support
We offer post-installation support and assistance to address any questions, concerns, or maintenance needs that may arise after the ADU is occupied. Overall, the scope of work for selling and installing an ADU involves comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of various tasks to deliver a high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing living space for the client.
